Our Process:
Quoting
Our sales team will guide you through gathering all the requirements for your labels, including dimensions, materials, quantities, timeline, and artwork (if needed). We will then provide you with a quote for review and approval. Due to unique tooling requirements, we will notify you of any potential one-time setup fees at this stage.

Post quote approval, our solution engineering team proposes a final blueprint mock of the final label design for construction. You can still make any additional revisions to the final product at this stage.
Printing
The blueprints go to our manufacturing team, whore views all blueprints for accuracy before printing.Once approved, your label will be printed on our flexo or digital printers.
Finishing & Die Cutting
For any labels requiring lamination or additional protective coatings, this step will be done immediately post-printing, followed by die cutting into the appropriate label shape. Perforations are also done at this stage.
Label Rewind
Labels come off the printer in large quantities per roll. Our rewind stations break up the master rolls to a more manageable size for you to handle while precisely counting exact quantities, so you will never have to worry about label counts.
